Literally called 10 times on a Thursday between 8-4pm to change service after a move and got an automated message each time telling me to call back during business hours of 8-5 Monday through Friday. What a joke!!!!!!!

Just called to get an estimate on new service and got directed through 5 prompts to be told they were closed at 10:50am on a Wednesday. This was after being told they were open 8am to 5pm every weekday. Not a great customer experience.

Randy's is 100% unprofessional and unconcerned with your needs. My recycle pickup was skipped 2 scheduled pick up days (1 month) , I called in and complained and was assured it wouldn't happen again. The following scheduled pickup, 2 trucks came to ensure I was taken care of. The following scheduled pick up, I was skipped and promptly called at which time I was told there was now a message saying to not pick my recycle until approximately 6 weeks out. I told them that was not a request I made and demanded they pick my recycle up. It was said to me that all the drivers had finished their routes and left for the day. Finished their routes I exclaimed! I told her to get my trash picked up after her telling me 'no' countless times. I then hung up in frustration. One would assume they would call me back to remedy their foul, but this was not the case. It has now been an additional month of no pickup, no call, no apology, no nothing but excuses. It's sad to me how these companies can essentially monopolize areas while providing less than par service. Their website also clearly states they are in office Saturday until noon. They are not... Lie, lies, lies Randy, get your stuff together and stop blaming inept employees that you ultimately hired. I'm sure this story will ring true to whatever "customer service" rep reads this. Very disappointing that I'm expected to pay my bill on time for services I have not received as well as a complete lack of disregard for us as paying, non problematic customers. It's simple guys and after this many years of business I'd think you'd have it together. Covid has become a crutch to a lot of companies and it's time you adjust and prevail to the current circumstances. 'Covid caused it' is very similar to 'my dog ate it'. Time to adult up and and run your business somewhere other than into the ground. We'll talk Monday when I demand you retrieve your bins. Sincerely, An angry customer. OH lord... The above was all due to the recycle pickup. They have now graduated to my trash pickup as well. Great job folks.

There are signs that clearly tell you where to pull in and have the attendant provide you with a price. Dropped off two mattresses last weekend, super easy!
