Called about a concern we had with yard waste service and reached the most disrespectful person on the other end. So much so when asked to talk with a manager and asked for her name, she hung up. Prices going up with additional charges and service going down. If I had a choice, I would change service even if it meant paying more.

I usually don’t complain but this time I have to. They have missed now this year. 17 trash pick ups, 22 recycling pick ups and 13 yard waste pick ups. You guys use to be a great company, I don’t know what happen. But now Waste Management does a better job, and they still can’t get it right. Either you need to start giving discounts or reimbursements to my account. Or I start sending you invoices asking for payment. Go ahead, say you won’t pay them. I put you in collections and then put a lean on your facility. Or just start doing a better job!

DCI was a great neighborhood sanitation company. Now the huge company that purchased not so much. Owners that consider selling their businesses do your research, most likely your name continues to be of the letterhead. NOT 100% happy as your on hold infomercial states.

Jacked up the prices with outragous fuel surcharges then when I moved to another provider they did not pick up the carts, but tried invoice me for the carts! Come get your carts! As I stated in my final payment, they have been located next to my garage for 2 months now! Lost Account 45059

They are off one day because of the holiday. If your service day is Friday should be picked up today

Yes, if you plan to have constant pick up its best and cheaper to call and add that service to your account. Otherwise call in for a one time pick up.

Due to the cold weather on 1/30/19. They shifted to the holiday schedule. Wed trash is now being picked up on Thursday.
You've got your red/gold schedule right. Give the office a call to get picked up and back on schedule.
