I had an issue with my Colorado being stuck in 4WD, and I was several months past the expiration of my 5 year power train warranty. The Customer Service Manager, Lyle, and the Service Adviser, Vinesh, OK'd the repair, with Belzer's picking up the entire cost of approx $230. Your typical high pressure sales, in the end I got the truck I wanted but felt done dirty upon leaving. Also tried to up sell accessories that were already on the vehicle. Floor mats removed from vehicle so purchased new there that were guaranteed to be sent out first thing on a Monday so if could have them by Wednesday as requested when I purchased a week later still haven’t received them.

Sorry, It says to Start Vehicle to reset, but that doesn't make any sense cause the truck won't start?? I was watching a video that says you're supposed to depress the brake pedal while starting to reset, does that sound right??
No. They are not family friendly at all, I cannot dissacciate from this dealership enough
Yes, there is a key drop on the North side by the service entrance. The gate is open, just pull in by the doors and look on the wall to the east/body shop building.
