We pay good money and they rarely, if ever, pick up our trash on time. Their truck is ALWAYS down. Trash is supposed to be picked up on Wednesday and this is the 4th week in a row it’s Saturday or Sunday, at best, yet we are never contacted or told and actually have to call to see what the deal is. If I am paying for every month, I expect our trash to be picked up when it’s is supposed to be.

Save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else for trash disposal service. This company has a poor rating and bad reviews because the company consistently does what everyone is reporting. They are rarely on time and often don't pick up your trash at all in a week. Sometimes a few weeks. They always have the excuse that the trucks are broken down. I want to have sympathy but this is apparently happening all the time and is always disrupting service. I've been a customer for over 2 years and this has been happening the whole 2 years. I don't know why I'm just now choosing to switch services but I should've done this forever ago. They don't have any formal way of communicating with their customers and when I've called (and by a miracle someone has answered) and asked if they send out notifications (due to a lack of picking up trash), they asked if I had Facebook and then offered to put a notification out all because I'd asked for one. This is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for their customers. I'm all for supporting small and family owned businesses but this one has proven they can't improve their service and are constantly missing garbage pickup.

Spoke to a lady name Ellie about my trash not being picked up because Monday was a holiday and she told me that it was indeed picked up…she actually told me 4 times. My trash was not picked up and I thought it may have been delayed but it’s Wednesday and still out by the road. Awful. I’ve only been a customer for 2 and a half months and I will be making a change soon. I won’t be a customer to a business like this. Completely awful rude person who answers phones and handles issues.
