This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I just moved into my neighborhood on Thursday I have called the Albany location 6 times and left 3 or 4 messages and have not received one call back and I was told I would have a trash can on Monday and here I am still no trash can and nobody will pick up the phone. I have rotten trash in my house and nowhere to take it. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Just awful.

I have been using them for 16 yrs.and I have had Misses with them picking my trash up...now they missed a pickup last week ...made calls they made promises never picked up my garbage...this week no trash pickup ...made calls no answer..so two weeks no trash pick up...

Never on schedule, and can't reach local customer service. If I could give a 0 I would.
