Personally speaking, I've never had a bad experience with the guys( jim, jeff and joe). They're always friendly, willing to help in anyway they possibly can. Customer service is AWESOME. I know they have trucks. Whether they rent them or not I am not sure. Should be a simple phone call. They are very helpful.
Based on a previous rental, they don't. Up to 100 miles but charges after that mileage, per day.
