Went to get a car today & because of what happened with Rainey’s in 2020 they wouldn’t let me get the car… my motor went out while still under warranty and they only gave me my money back for the payments I made but not my $800 down payment & I got upset so they said I couldn’t go through them anymore… that’s not right or fair!

Went by 500dn with a friend, was curious about how this was going to happen as a few weeks ago went there myself and the staff that day were rude & acted like they had better things to do than attend to clients.. Was surprised at how friendly and helpful the 2 ladies on staff were - what a difference new staff makes! May want to check them out as they work w people who have bad or fair credit, who are on limited incomes and need a ride.
