Do not use their dumpster rental service. Huge rip off. Paid for 7 days, true days, not what they classify as days. They don't care if they drop it off at 6pm then on the 7th day pick up at 6am. They are not willing to budge on this. This is clearly a poorly designed, meant to rip off customers system. It was dropped off super late for us on the first day. We called to complain, so they "extended it a day" this meant that they just delayed picking it up at 6am. Not caring that you don't get a true 7 days out of it. It's a joke calling them and explaining how that does not constitute 7 true days; it was like talking to a messaging machine. Do not do business with them if you have another option. Especially do not rent a dumpster from them.

Waste management consistently misses pick ups, is late on pick ups, lies about pick ups happening, and don't pay their workers well enough to retain them. If they invested in their workers, they wouldn't have an issue with a shortage of workers which results in missed pick ups and delays. Spend a little more at a different company so you can avoid the headache of working with this business.

Yes, They have separate dumpsters for MSW which would be you household waste. Demo dumpsters for home remodeling and a dumpster for Metal.
You pay a price minimum $120 I think for up to 600lbs
They charge by weight and/or item. I dropped off a small dresser and a pretty light arm chair for about $42. I'd say they weighed about 100 LBS together. So less then $0.50 per pound.
There is a separate disposal area and charge for it.
