My issue has more to do with a $31.60 increase in my quarterly bill for trash/recycling for a residential property. This is a 36% increase which is utterly outrageous. Between price gouging and hit or miss service it is time to separate from Walters. When I asked why there was no notification of this impending increase the customer service rep said the invoice is their notification. I elected to go with Curbside due to better and more reasonable pricing. The customer service rep at Walters couldn't have cared less. I guess being a loyal customer for 25+ yrs no longer matters to local companies. Do yourself a favor, use another company for residential garbage and recycling. You'll be glad you did. Walters won't even send me an e-mail to confirm the disconnect. Customer service stated that they don't do that kind of thing. Unbelievably poor customer care and experience..

How can you support a hauler that uses thousands of your collection dollars to support hateful campaign mailers. Haul the trash and be a good neighbor. Bye!

Walters Prices have doubled in the last year. I really like to support local, but not for double the price!

Yes, for a small fee you may drop off excess trash at our facility in Blaine, located at 10191 Xylite Street NE.
Hi Tammy, Yard Waste Season goes through the end of November – Weather permitting. If you have any further questions, please call the office! Thanks, Walter's
You can still get one but yard waste pick up ends in mid November or first snow whichever comes first. They will not prorate the $98.00 fee and that is just for one cart. A one time additional fee is $25.00 for each additional cart. Maybe a cheaper lawn care service might do all the work for you for not that much more. Just shop around.
For pricing, we recommend that you call and speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives (763) 780-8464. We are open M-F 8am - 5pm. Trash and yard waste pricing varies depending upon the County (for tax purposes) or the City (recycling city vs. non recycling city) you live in. Thank you! -Walter's Recycling & Refuse Inc. Team
Mackenzie, Yard Waste season started in Blaine the week of April 8th. Please call the office at 763-780-8464 and we will be happy to set you up for the year. Kind Regards, Walter's Recycling & Refuse Inc

They are normally a day late from your scheduled pick up after a holiday. You can call them and tell them your situation and they will send a truck out to pick it up if they missed it. They are very nice and get issues resolved most of the time.

Cheryl, thank you for reaching out to us. The pricing on this is entirely dependent on your location based on the taxes in that county. It is best to give us a call directly at 763-780-8464 for this answer.
We set out our yard clean up in the container, two weeks in a row as and it was not picked up? Is there a different pick up day this year?

We certainly can take those items from you at the curb, however please call our office in advance to schedule a "bulk" item pick up. Charges do apply and they would be able to provide you with that information at the time of the call. (763) 780-8464 Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. If this is a small home remodel they might recommend you go with a small roll-off to fit all contents into one container. Thanks for question! There is always our Recycling center drop-off site if you want to drop it off 10191 Xylite Street | Blaine, MN
As long as they are the compostable/bio degradable yard waste bags and you have signed up for yard waste then there is no additional charge
I believe 3rd week in November
There's no holiday on the calendar this week = lazy driver. ;)
Actually I am referring to the noxious weed commonly called garlic mustard
No
The green lid is for trash and the black is for yard waste.
Is you can not at the "End" of your driveway? It should be visible from 50-100ft at curb level and at the end of your driveway. Also make sure your address "street number is visible from your driveway.. not all trucks use GPS systems for pickup and not all drivers know the routes.
