Stay far away!!!!! I had to call 4 weeks in a row to have my trash picked up the day after pick up day because they skipped my house. I finally got sick of this and called to cancel. Customer service is unapologetic, condescending, and will hang up on you. Anytime you need to call in, you'll be on hold for about 20 minutes. Standby for the owner's standard response of denial and attempting to displace blame

Nice people in the office but their pricing is insanity. Double what other places want. Some of the dumpsters are really tall so if you have heavy things, don't plan on going alone.

KELLY WENT ABOVE & BEYOND. I called in to make sure I was getting credit from Walter’s ‘Refer A Friend’ program & learned I was and ‘friend’ was too. Cool. Kelly reviewed my file & saw that we only put our bin out about once a month (we don’t generate much garbage and no reason for truck to stop by until bin is full). She called me back in a few minutes and gave us the ‘Senior Discount’ (yes, we qualify). She didn’t have to do this but she did so I say again: KELLY WENT ABOVE & BEYOND.
