I have unlimited carts. Real ones. Why are we calling it D9?? That sounds like something that was man-made in a lab why do we call it medical marijuana and why don’t we just call it marijuana. Stop being ashamed of using something for medicinal purposes and trying to call it something else so people accept it

We do carry RSO/FECO when we can get it. You can check the online menu for it, but I believe it's sold out currently. If you visit the store you can ask the Budtender to put you on their list to call when it is back in stock.
Yes, you do have to have a Missouri Medical Marijuana Patient ID. It can be the printed version or the digital document the State DHSS sends. That and a valid State ID will get you on your path to wellness with KCC.
