My experience with ESA was excellent. The staff was very accommodating to any situation that arose during the time I was being monitored. They offer easy and convenient ways to complete court ordered monitoring through their company. Also, my GPS anklet was light and more comfortable than I imagined it would be. I believe any bad review for this company are from a direct result of the person being monitored making bad decisions in their own life.

There were issues, but every single time he reported them, Esa did everything to fix the issue and quickly get him setup with everything he needed. As a family member of someone who has to wear a monitoring system, I appreciate and also thank Esa for taking good care of my brother.

I have a miserable family and because I will not be around them. they have put me through some really bad stuff I’ve never been in trouble in my life and I have to admit I don’t understand a lot of the procedures but I’ve had to go through this for almost 3 years now. I don’t understand the horrible reviews because I do know that I am very ignorant when I go in there and Ally and Haley and the others have been very kind to me in explaining and taking the time.

I honestly do not get the bad reviews of this company. They have been nothing but nice to me, including Ali and Hayley. Now I have made some mistakes in my life that I take full responsibility for that caused me to end up in the situation I am in. I was on the scram monitor for 3 years and they actually treated me like a human being, not a criminal. They were very nice to work with and always answered my questions when needed. Now I did have some bumps in the road while on monitoring, and I was held accountable for those bumps, but I also understand they have a job to do. When I did bad I was reported on. When I did good they also were there to support me, and recommend I be removed from monitoring. I am happy to say I’m 5 years sober and I did that myself but a small part of me has to thank them and their little annoy monitoring buddy for making me change my life for the better.
