Enterprise always seems to be "out of cars" for rent. Contacted multiple locations and got the same story....even though their lots had numerous vehicles. Not sure if they are interested more in selling cars than renting them. If it's such a common problem then maybe it's time to invest in more inventory.

I did a last minute rental, I reserved a pickup and received my confirmation. However when I went to facility there was no truck available. This is the second time this has happen to me. I’m reminded of the Seinfeld episode where Jerry says “I don’t think you understand the concept of a reservation.” But John and his team substituted the truck with a minivan and it worked as an adequate replacement. Thanks guys for working with me and getting me on the road quickly. I hope that I don’t have to deal with this issue the next time I rent because it’s really stressful!

Yes you can
They don't actually deliver. But they will come and pick you up, depending on how far away you are. They generally just pick a random vehicle to pick you up, so it's not necessarily the car you'll be renting.
