I’ve gone here before but this last time I didn’t feel so welcomed. The rep at the front desk seemed a bit agitated because I didn’t have another card to pay my copay because the machine was looking for a PIN number for my credit card. The lady who put dilation drops in my daughters eyes seemed irritated and you could tell in her aura and stance. Dr. Ekdawi seemed very nonchalant, VERY stand offish and irritated as well, which made me irritated. I repeatedly stated I didn’t want my daughters eyes dilated and the doctor continued to insist it was necessary as if I don’t know why dilation is done. It’s to see clearly the health of the eyes, and the doctor spoke to me as if I was not educated to understand. Needless to say, I may go elsewhere as you can tell the difference in how folks are treated at this place.
