Not the fault of any pharmacy staff, just poor corporate management. If you want to recall some memories of what’s it like to be living in the 90’s ??? I have been on hold for about an hour on the phone now. Unreal

It’s disappointing to not get my child’s or anyones prescription refills, they don’t pick up phone, and they are understaffed, they should do something about it, before they loss more costumer, staff are always nice and polite

Worst slowest pharmacy. almost every time i go there, theres an issue. Ive been told on multipul accounts that my prescription would be ready in an hour and id go back a day or 2 later and its still not filled. Ive been told i could pick up a prescription the next day and i asked them to double check my pick up date and they said they were sure i could pick it up tomorrow so i came back and they told me i could pick it up till 2 days later so i drove out there for nothing.

The pharmacy is horribly understaffed and hampered by their corporate overlord. Pharmacists still use corded phones while trying to use both hands to fill prescriptions, type, scan, and package items. Like they were doing in the 1960's. Most of the staff are making every effort to help customers quickly in a very stressful and vital environment. I wouldn't want their job for anything, especially for the paltry earnings they get from Walgreens or any other major chain. My wife ordered Ozempic on Sunday, October 16th and could not reach anyone at this Walgreens or at corporate in spite of multiple attempt to check. This medication is very important to inject at a specific time and we only got a runaround when trying to find out if it would be available when it was vital to be administered on October 21st. When I went this evening at 5:30 I was told that it was out of stock. All that being said, Pharmacist Esther (sorry, I didn't get her last name) made a herculean effort to find it. She called other Walgreens, the vendor, CVS, Osco, and finally Walmart, where she found it in Bolingbrook, a 40 minute drive away. I'm angry at Walgreens but wish only the best for Esther because she, like many of her coworkers provide great customer service in spite of what I think is corporate impediments.

Yes
I've been going there for at least 15 years and I've never known him to be closed on any day or anytime of night.
