If I could give zero stars I would! The “owner” Barbara is a nasty rude and obnoxious individual. She likes to hear herself speak and talk over people and tell YOU THE CUSTOMER that you said things you never did. She doesn’t like to be told that she’s wrong and will hang up on you and refuse to answer the phone again so you could speak to someone else. We purchased 2 refrigerators from here in 2021 and since we’ve had them, they have been nothing but problems. They send people out to “fix” things for 400$ a pop, but they actually do nothing. Then when you call them to tell them that it’s still not working, she makes up every excuse of why it’s not working or that it’s old. Which it was purchased last year!!! So she’s trying to say the refrigerator is “old and things happen” OLD FROM 2021!!! Laughable at best! They are complete scam artists and need to be closed. We have spent WELL over the value of this refrigerator trying to fix it. And they still insist on us paying more money out of pocket! How about you stop ripping people off and get your business up to five stars. You deserve zero stars.
