Me too... Perhaps we need to bring a class action suit against them
I feel stupid for no looking into this place review first. I bought a Samsung dryer from the Appliance Warehouse 124 NJ-17 Paramus on 07/18/2020. I was promised the delivery for 07/22/2020 from 2 to 5 p.m. The delivery showed up at 8 p.m. without a call advising of the delay. Moreover, I was sold a faulty machine; yes the dryer does not work. Consequently, I called the warehouse numerous times. I spoke to the owner - a female - also with representatives Ronnie, Juan among others. It aggravated me that they were asking me to check the gas line, and the dryer duct as if that was not part of the installation service. In the end, I asked them to come and get their broken machine. I learned that they will charge me a 30% cancelation fee like is my fault they sell broken merchandise.
Same thing happened to me . Unprofessional
I have been a customer since 2014, I have bought 2 refrigerators and I have also recommended them to other people and nobody has had any complaints, and the prices are excellent. You have to know that things get damaged and it's no one's fault. I will continue recommending them
