Bought tickets for an express airport bus online just to find out it's first come first serve for the bus. And there's a line nearly out to the street. Had to pay a taxi last minute when the bus was late and it was clear everyone wasn't going to fit. Website does not make it clear the bus os first come and allows you to buy a ticket for a specific time but does not honor it.

Horrible service, I would most certainly never take this thing from an airport. They are super unreliable and very unprofessional! They made an entire group of different people wait for over an hour and had nothing to say about it.

Stuck on the side of the road for 5hrs after being stuck the previous day for 4hrs both times were due to a blown tire. We are 3hrs away from our destination and have no updates other than. They can't find the tire to replace it and another bus will be on the way. This is terrible customer service. I tried to call the company directly to get an ETA and their office is closed. Our driver is wonderful but this experience is a nightmare... 5hrs and counting. I just hope help really is on the way. We can't get back the 9hrs+ of our weekend getaway and the company does not seem to care. Maintain your buses better and have road side assistance in place!

We Took the newark transportation. It was very busy But everything went well. Book your Ticket before you take the ride or you can buy a Ticket there - they only take cash. It is the easiest Ride from the airport to the City.
