Twice in the last three months, the Walters recycling truck just rolled past my bin out at the edge of my driveway. This is getting old. Now I have to wait another two weeks for a pickup and my bin is 90% full. I'm getting a bit salty about this.

Is you can not at the "End" of your driveway? It should be visible from 50-100ft at curb level and at the end of your driveway. Also make sure your address "street number is visible from your driveway.. not all trucks use GPS systems for pickup and not all drivers know the routes.

If you can place it out the day before that way there is no mix up

We have had this issue as well. Not sure if they just don't see the bin at the end of the drive, or what. We always have ours out by 6:45. Our city laws don't allow for pickup prior to 7 so, not sure what the deal is. They always send a truck within a day or so if I call. And always are quite nice about it.
