Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't regret it. Beautiful hotel with wonderful views. Kendall and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our accommodations were perfect. With endless facilities (pool, water slide, tennis court)... there's no better place to stay in Phoenix.

This review will be in two parts. One on the hotel and the neighborhood. The hotel itself is older. From what a local told me it is one of the oldest businesses there. It is clean and somewhat updated. The room we booked had 2 queen beds and is pretty large. The bathroom is old except for the shower tiles. We had a street main entrance room which is a nice view. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had a late dinner. I had a cowboy burger and my daughter had a pulled pork sandwich. Both were okay, and hit the spot when one had not eaten for almost 12 hours. Cons is the noise from the highway, other rooms and hallway. Location is in an unsafe area. Pretty much every local told me not to walk outside of the hotel once it gets dark. Even crossing the street in the day was not advised due to the construction on one side of the block then the group of homeless people on the other.

Positive: The sunrise view. Negative: The room reserved wasn't ready. I was moved to another room that was handicap accessible with a king bed. I was profiled since I was an older female traveling alone. 2 queens & tub were important. Lights didn't work. Sofa was stained. No coffee 2nd day.

Not directly to the airport but they have a 3-mile radius shuttle that can take you to the Metro Light Rail Station, which is a very direct, easy, convenient, inexpensive way to get to and from the airport
You may be asking this question to a, "hotel". I am not a "hotel". I am a healer.
