After taking two cars to them with great results, I sent another one to them. The worst paint Job I have ever seen to come out of a professional business. $1400.00 thrown away. I went to see the manager for assistance today and was pretty much told to pound sand or spend $2200.00 to fix it. I do not recommend......

Overall for the price you can't beat it if you want something quick and inexpensive. This is my second time using maaco. They finished my car super fast! The initial person I got the quote from was nice and helpful & patient while I was trying to find the perfect color using the swatch cards. The only issues I have is that they broke my license plate light, you do sign a form stating that "parts or pieces may be damaged during the painting process" but still... luckily it's not nothing big just sucks because it wasn't broken before so you'd think they'd do something or offer something for breaking your fully functional items but NO. And the fact that nobody called me when my vehicle was actually ready. No matter if they didn't keep it longer than they said they would if they were finished they should have called like they said they would when I verified my phone number with them. Overall satisfied with my paint job, no signs of old color and no issues with the paint job itself so far. I'd also go with extra coat of gloss if you like it really glossy. I would recommend them but I'd recommend you call them after 4-5 days just to check on your car, especially if you pass by and see it sitting to the side.

picked up the car Friday afternoon around 450 after picking up the car smelled a burning smell and when I inspected the car deeper I’ve noticed that the bumper bar applique is not connected to the grille properly as it was before the crash there is space and between the space I can see and smell black glue I also noticed a a broken piece was that I assume goes to the inside of the hood plate that connects the bumper it has charger written across it and it seem to be missing some pins which is odd because they should have ordered them new not sure if they reused old parts is that why the bar isn’t fitting …that bar was bent in at the same spot as the space with the glue. They are closed till Monday so I’m writing this review Update: they repaired the bumper and broken parts but unfortunately my car looks worst than it did before there’s a big gap between my hood and bumper looks horrible the manger claims that’s just what chargers do but it wasn’t that way on the first repair

I also got my car painted they left over spray on my chrome wheels and did a horrible job at matching the factory paint color. I'm in totally agreement with Gary take it somewhere else I definitely will next time.

The prices they have a try the prices they advertise are not true or false. They get you in the store and beef up the price more
Prices ain't bad if you go back to orginal paint color. Change color they going to get you.
