I have never had to wait 20 minutes to check out. Maybe you should pay all your employees the same that those blue cart people make. Cashiers should be making more. They have to deal with ALL the people. Blue cart people only get in people's way.

No but there is a Fantastic Sam's right across the parking lot to the east.
It's possible some employees called in or they're short on cashier's. They ought to have comment boxes throughout the store. I'd recommend leaving a comment explaining you think they should improve their register coverage. Maybe the managers will act on it.

Bring your receipt AND the item, go to customer service and ask them to adjust your receipt, and refund the difference, if they do not refund the difference, THEN RETURN THE ITEM, GET YOUR REFUND FROM THE ITEM, THEN GO BUY THE ITEM WHILE IT'S ON SALE. I've had to do it on occasion. On most items in Wal-Mart there's a 30 return policy.

We are technically a supercenter. Just one of the smaller ones. About half the square footage of the Cambridge walmart. However, we have the highest score for the friendliness category of the market(us+10 other stores, all of them bigger) CFF(clean fast friendly) rankings. The associates here are more helpful and friendly than all stores close to us. Hope this helps!
