If something you bought a few weeks ago goes on sale can you get the price difference back?or do you need to return the items and rebut?thank you

Bring your receipt AND the item, go to customer service and ask them to adjust your receipt, and refund the difference, if they do not refund the difference, THEN RETURN THE ITEM, GET YOUR REFUND FROM THE ITEM, THEN GO BUY THE ITEM WHILE IT'S ON SALE. I've had to do it on occasion. On most items in Wal-Mart there's a 30 return policy.

First of all don't return it during the sale otherwise you only get the sale price in return it's wiser to just keep the one you bought
