Yes you have to have a valid photo id. Not expired name match and address match. Theres a fee
Yes, they do have check cashing you need two forms of ID. There is a small fee to have it cashed. I have used the service before and was happy with it. The hours are a little different too. If it's your first time cashing you might need to know your social security number to verify it's you if I remember right.
