I lived here for a few years and had one of the few units with a three bedroom. Nice floor plan and amenities. The pool is like a resort; they had activities at least once a month and free breakfast on weekends. I love this place and wish we could live here again if we were still renting.

The front office workers were helpful and the place was decent and quiet. It has nice amenities around. The apartments are a little pricey but its expected.

I highly recommend you guys and also shared with family and friends how great it is to be part of the Lincoln Property Community. You guys make a big difference and thank you for always making me feel welcomed and right at home.

Summer Longest

Just moved in! Been a natives of Arizona my husband & myself and drove by as it was being built 14 years ago in 2008. So far nothing but good remarks to say about this community. They have a trash valet Monday through Thursday included in the rent price. Water is not included although they make it very rash through a third party to setup your water and utilities via a website and you can track all your usage as well as the bills for rent to come. The microwave works so dang good 👍 the rooms are huge and the ceilings are vaulted it’s been a joy moving in so far. I’ll add more photos as the years go by & update any followers of pros and cons of thinking of moving here with your family. We have a three year old and a one year old the four of us feel FREE in this apartment my kids can run around scream crawl jump on the bed cause you can’t hear anything outside. Yes, it’s right off the 101 freeway but don’t let that scare you. The dual pane windows keep out all the sound! 😍✌️❤️
