I have been on the list since 2021 they finally let me no they had an apt for me for Nov 1st 2022. I gave them $100.00 in oct 2022 to hold the apt an $55.00 for a credit check. The last week of oct 2022 they called me an told me there was water damage to the apt an I couldn't move in until the end of dec or around Jan 2023. I couldn't wait that long an was told I would get my $100.00 back on Nov 4th 2022.well it's Nov 4th an no money. Don't rent from these people they lie and rip you off.

I had the pleasure of having Melissa greet and help me with my apartment needs. She provided me excellent customer service, easy to understand and extremely knowledgeable with all the requirements. Also, I briefly meet the Manager Eric who was friendly and accommodating g as well. While in the office also met Chuck their Maintenance Man who was friendly and nice as well as Melissa and Eric. The apartments themselves look nice and are probably great for seniors looking to downsize, but I've got about three weeks worth of unanswered phone calls (during business hours) that have left me wondering if anyone actually works here at all. Organization and communication clearly aren't strong points.

I have lived here at Quail Run for 9 years and I couldn't be happier...I have met so many wonderful folks since I have been here ....originally from San Antonio, Texas!!! We have a wonderful lady as assistant to the manager and I just need to say she is a real asset to our community!! She is very professional and very sweet to the residents. She is someone we really need here such a sweet person and yet she gets the point across...since we lost our previous manager, Jennifer we really haven't had anyone that was kind to the residents...I hope Melissa is able to stick around......we need her!!
