I was searching for just the right senior community for my mom and as someone who has been in the senior industry for 30 years I was looking for just the right place that I knew she would be happy. I couldn't be more pleased with this community, she has made friends, enjoyed outings and has had so much fun decorating her apartment to truly feel like her home where she can relax and enjoy. My mother has lived very happily @ Casa del Rio for 10 yrs. She thinks you couldn’t find nicer staff than the staff here! She notes that they try to get to know you in a personal way, are quick w an encouraging word, & are always ready to help residents in any way they can.

Casa Del Rio is not only a company but a family. After my parents helped my grandma move in about 2 years ago, she was a little hesitant to like it because of the new setting. But she quickly grew to LOVE it and became invested in all the activities and made many friends. She attends water aerobics and wii bowling weekly and loves the chicken Parmesan. She always has something to say about casa and it is always positive. We visit casa del Rio a couple times a month and we are always welcomed with open arms.

Two bedroom - yes. Low income - no. More affordable than others, but, not low income.

They're pretty good size they're not small by any means and there's different sizes some have little Arizona rooms some of them have the little Juliet small patios some of them have large patios some of them have washer and dryers but they all come with a television in the living room already set up flat screen on the wall
