Steeple Chase is a nice place to live, Peoria's little secret, and a great place to raise your children. It is conveniently located near the West Gate and the highway. I am aware of pollution and respect our environment by tracking my carbon footprint, which our community makes simple.

My grandparents lived here, unit 1048, for several months before ultimately being forced to leave due to a severe roach infestation. From March until November, pest control came out countless times and could not get rid of the roaches. My grandparents are very clean people and did everything to stop the infestation but nothing helped. Management didn’t offer to let them switch units or anything of help.. Also, the playground is usually not clean (trash everywhere and dirty play equipment). On the plus side, everyone in the office has been really nice.. The entire unit is really spacious. Most neighbors are very friendly.
