This place is terrible!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!! I’ve lived for for just a few months and I’ve had a leaking roof, overwhelming smell of weed from a neighboring apartment, clogged drains, and a half working dish washer. This place is highly over priced!! The apartments are way out dated and nonfunctional.

Lived here 2 years. The maintenance men are the best. Really quiet neighborhood. My only issue is they go up on the rent every year and nothing is upgraded in the units. There is a small roach issue and although harmless the ladybugs will invade your house 😂

I'm enjoying my decision to move to Breckenridge Villas apartments. It's more then I expected. Friendly and quiet safe. Awesome maintenance crew. Office goes above and beyond to be help. UPDATE YEAR LATER I still feel the same about Breckenridge Villa. Kara has been such a blessing, she has helped make me ❤️ Breckenridge Villa. She is the best. She cares about what she does and is super professional, it is clear she inspires that in those around her. She is always helpful and makes you feel at home.

Just moved in about a week ago neighborhood is beautiful and quiet feels like home the office staff and maintenance is very helpful and kind. The transition was easy and quick and applying was smooth quick. Happy to call bv my home.
