Everyone was so kind & helpful. The doctor was genuine & professional. My only complaint was a nurse in the back that was rude & dismissive. Not sure why some people work in healthcare when they clearly don’t like people.

I had great experience, everyone was very caring and helpful. I was in and out the door 20 minutes. Thank you to everyone.

Negative Feedback due to initial interaction with receptionist I didn’t even see the doctor. When I first arrived the waiting room was relatively full with about 10 patients ahead of me. I was ignored initially as the two receptionists were in the middle of a conversation and then again when my check in process was interrupted because the gal I was working with had to take an inbound call. As I stood there and waited I noticed that one girl was clearly sick because she was in pajamas, had a top knot bun, slippers, and had a blanket wrapped around her that she had brought from home. I made a mental note not to sit near her. The gal ended her call and asked me to announce to the whole waiting room why I was there. For privacy reasons I declined so she passed me a note pad so I could write down what was going on. Why wasn’t this the first option? Why don’t receptionists have any concern for privacy? I wrote down my answer then sat down. Everyone was sitting there talking about Covid and I was told it might be a while which was fine. I wasn’t there because I felt sick I had another issue. As I sat in the waiting room (with my mask on) I started to worry about sitting in such a small space with so many sick people. Then the girl with the blanket wrapped around her came back and sat across from me. I approached the front desk and asked if by chance I could wait in my car and was told no. She offered me a second waiting area that was further from the main door but told me it would be up to me to make sure I heard them call my name so now of course I’m worried about not hearing them. So basically I can’t wait in my car nor can I use the secondary waiting room. I cancelled my appointment and left. I called back to request the contact information with I someone I could provide feedback to and of course the gal answered and she transferred me a general system. I called back again and was given the name Joanne ext 27155 and asked the gal if by chance I could give her feedback on our interaction. She declined said she had enough interaction with me and hung up. I called again and was sent to voicemail. This employee is the most unprofessional receptionist I have interacted with in a while and I’m appalled by her behavior. I will never come back to this location as long as she’s employed here. She’s a very poor reflection of the company and I plan on telling as many people about this interaction as I can.

I had to visit here after having an anxiety attack. Everyone was so kind and friendly, they never made me feel like I was being rushed thru. The PA, Timber, was super knowledgeable and very kind as well. She ruled out any more serious condition first and then patiently and kindly explained what my body was going thru during an anxiety attack. This is a wonderful facility and I will recommend anyone to visit when necessary.
