As a newbie to the fitness world and veeeery beginner to equipment, the staff was very kind and patient to help me select the one just right for me. They made sure it had the features I wanted without being over-the-top and I especially like that they didn’t try to oversell me something I didn’t need. They cared about my needs as a new user and explained the features so I could understand. I’m a huge talker as well so I also give them credit for listening to me :) When I am ever ready for an upgrade to a more advanced product I would definitely return here for my purchase.
