I had the opportunity to work for the City of Augusta but my home in Anderson SC was over 125 miles away. I needed a clean, safe, relative reasonable place to live during the week. Here I did feel safe, the unit was reasonable and kept in good shape. That's what I found at Georgetown Villas. I found Ms. Raquel and Mr. Martinez to be very approachable and for any of the few problems I had at my unit, 1027, they were addressed within 12 hours of my first request. There were never less than three policemen living in the complex so they must have felt it was safe. Reasonable rent for units that are older but are kept safe and clean. And when it comes to amenities the entire Riverview Park and the Savannah River are all within walking distance. I'm a retirement age professional who found Georgetown Villas fit all my needs and then some. Kudos to the staff and their maintenance personnel for providing safe reasonable homes for so many people. David Maher tenant till Jan 2020.
