This place is Horrible. They will not answer the phone. FINALLY someone answered the phone. Literally after weeks of trying to reach someone The lady who I just spoke with informed me that there is only one person to do the Admission part of this to see if my 90-year-old father would qualify for benefits. She also said that no one there has VM. and the person I need to speak to does not answer their phone. How does an organization not have VM for anyone who works there? She transferred me to a Third Party and of course, they have VM because they do not answer their phone. So the treatment they give our Vets who have served our Country is disgusting and if our Vets treated our country the way this location treats them. Where would we be now????????? As I read other reviews I can see this is a continuous problem that has not been fixed,

They never answer the phone during work hours during the week. Just rings out and there’s no other way to contact them other than driving than hour.

I have been trying to call this place for a week, nobody answers. I need to enroll but I can't get ahold of anyone to set up an appointment no matter what time of day or day of the week. It either auto hangs up or rings for a while then hangs up. Can't speak for the service or employees because I can't get that far

Excellent facilities but that isn’t the real reason for 5 ⭐️. The staff here treats our Veterans with the utmost respect. A military outsider may not see it because many of the employees are Veterans and they’ll speak to the Veterans in the “Military Way.” What you need to understand is we Veterans appreciate that. Military is ingrained into our beings and we are always the Women and Men of the US Armed Forces. I witnessed, as I waited, many aged American hero’s from wars & conflicts past who were physically and mentally broken from life. Some had difficulties navigating the technical check-in process, some getting angry. The staff snapped to action to make the Veteran(s) feel comfortable and they quickly made accommodations to ensure simple and rapid check-in. Just one small example of how great the staff at this facility are. **Don’t confuse this glowing review of the Middleburg CLINIC and their staff with the worthless VA representative, AJ. He only cares about himself. Loses records, never returns calls or emails. He did absolutely nothing for me or my veteran spouse. I went to Jones Peterson at the Jefferson Street VA and he filed my claim and provided me with excellent explanation of everything I needed to know in 15 minutes while I sat at his desk. I left AJ’s office more confused than I was before. Steer clear of that guy. I’ve avoided this, but must be said, if your skin color matches AJ’s or your genitalia is the opposite of his and you’re young & hot, AJ takes great care of you. #Racist #Sexist

My husband got his dd214 at Ft. Stewart. Not sure if this office may provide you with your dd214. This office only serviced my husband for his VA benefits.
