Customer service good. Chicken tenders were very small. Fries cold and soggy. Ordered 6 tender meal coat 20.79. Wow! Subpar

This is the slowest “fast food” restaurant in Middleburg. Even Popeyes next door gets you through the line faster! Doesn’t matter what time of day you go, expect to spend over 20 minutes here before you even get your food. Also be prepared for them to be out of something, because for the past 2 months they’ve been out of something every time I’ve gone. Probably won’t be back here because there’s much better options. Used to be a good store, not anymore.

I’ve been in the drive thru now for 45 minutes. Only one vehicle this whole time order was taken. Corey who answered the phone said they were short staffed but was taken people inside and feeding them and ignored the drive thru.

I ordered 2 meals, a house salad with 2 ranches and a chicken tender plate. Also, a large fry and 2 strawberry lemonades. When I got my food there was no ranch in the bag and little gnats all on my salad. The bag was double tied when I got it. The other food didn’t have anything on it. I want a full refund!
