Literally every time we come to this location our order gets messed up somehow. The fries always taste old. Either they need to reconsider their employees or they need to offer more so they can hire better.

Love their chicken. The service was very slow. Staff was apologetic while explaining they were short handed, can't really hold that against the ones who were there working.

Went to get long waited zaxbys after hurricane Ian and pulled up to no one greeting at the window. Which is fine I get places get busy and don’t always have to turn to greet each customer I ordered a spicy zaxbys signature sandwich and asked for extra spicy zax sauce and which they didn’t provide then all was fine I just pulled off after I asked for the sauce and waited there for a minute and still didn’t get it went to go eat and find a hair in my food definitely won’t be back
