As a senior needing a place to live been placed on the waiting list now since March 2022, I went by today to see the status of the waiting list and to my surprise I haven't moved up on the list, I asked the lady at the desk what if i decide to remove my application what was the process she told me what i needed to do but that I wont get any of my money back unless if they denied me my application. I was surprise that they will keep all of my hard earn fix income money of $185. i thought and believed that a would get at least $100 back. so if you are applying make sure that you are for sure getting an apartment not be put on a waiting list that never moves and not get any money back doesn't make scents.

I've been looking for an apartment like Cassie Gardens since I retired. Michelle has been awesome in answering all of my questions. I can't wait to move in! Update 1/7/2021 Cassie Gardens is a great place to live. We're a newer senior community that's well cared for by the staff. Cassie Gardens provides amenities like a movie room and exercise room, and offers several apartment sizes. I have been living here since Sept 2018 on opening day. This is very friendly and a safe place to live. I have enjoyed living here as the management is friendly and very helpful. If you are over 55 I would recommend this apartment complex.

We are pet friendly. Pet's must be 25 lbs or less and only 2 per apartment.
Apartments will not be ready for move in until Sept. They are 1 and 2 bedroom. I don't know about an income limit but the age is 55 +. You need to go to the leasing office on College Dr near apartments during the week. You need to get your name on the list. I do know that there is 91 apartments.
