Yes there is a Chapel behind the main Alter. It houses the Tabernacle. I do not know if there are any pictures of it online.

You have to be baptized and confirmed Catholic. I believe you are also required to attend a class or meeting. I believe each parish is also a little different. You should contact the DRE of the parish for details.
