I went to Tires Plus at 4:10PM today (21AUG2022). They closed at 5:00PM. I had a flat tire on my truck. I asked Gary at the front desk if anyone could help me with it. He said a bunch of words and I couldn't tell if he was saying yes or no. I said - does that mean yes or no. Gary said No. No one can help you today. So I'm in my sixties, a veteran. Gary left me to change the tire on my truck in the rain and then the sun in his parking lot today in full view of his customers. It took me an hour and ten minutes. Well, Gary, I hope your customers saw how much compassion you have for people in need. I wonder what you would have said had I been a minority or a female in my twenties. One wonders. I can assure you I will not be taking any of my business to you. If you won't help me when times are bad, I won't be taking any business to you when times are good. Shame on you, Gary.

all was good and the service was good and the staff was knowledgeable...4 new tires, balanced and aligned and with an appointment I was in and out in alittle more then an hour

Not normally. Did you talk with the store manager about your problems/concerns? John may seem a bit cavalier but he really isn't. He has a lot of pressure on him and he doesn't like his tech's having come backs. If it continues then call district. But talk to John first. Also request that Glenn do your alignment. He is the best. Porter is OK but Glenn is #1.
