Does anyone else have to make repeated visits to the shop for correction to wheel alignment and balance on new tires? The shop is unable to 'get it together' - not satisfied.

Not normally. Did you talk with the store manager about your problems/concerns? John may seem a bit cavalier but he really isn't. He has a lot of pressure on him and he doesn't like his tech's having come backs. If it continues then call district. But talk to John first. Also request that Glenn do your alignment. He is the best. Porter is OK but Glenn is #1.

The one with the tire balance and Alignment which are two different things if you're speaking of the one on Blanding across from Lowe's you need to see John you'll get it taken care of if that's the location you're talkin about sometimes it is hard and sometimes they may need to change out a tire that is unbalanced of them this location has been the greatest station location I've ever worked with go in there and see the manager John tell him Bucky sent you

Well, yet another tyre had to be replaced (bad batch, my luck...lol) and the alignment was corrected (again) so...still not sure why my experience was such. Anyway thanks to the tech. (and the mgr.), as they seem to have resolved the issues...sigh...

If you drive around the area a lot, keep in mind the rough roads will kill your alignment. Try and avoid road damage. That said, I just had my alignment done and tires rotated. I'll post again if my alignment is suddenly off or something.
