We have been living here for just over a month and things have been great! The one thing I was worried about coming from a house to apartment living was our vehicles being exposed. So far we have had no issues which tells me that the tenets are very respectful. The management has always been great with us and very responsive whenever we have questions. Anyone looking for a place to live long term or short term should be excited to give this community a try! UPDATE: this place is horrible! We signed a 6 month lease and they screwed it up! Didn’t realize they had messed up until it came time to move out. The lease said 12 months instead of 6 months, we would never sign that lease had we caught the error because we we’re having a new house built. Once it was brought to our attention, it was like pulling teeth to get them to understand that the lease was in error. It’s unfortunate that this happened, we really wanted to like this place. Even though they acknowledged the error, it was handled very poorly, like it was all our fault!

I have been living here for almost 4 months now and have been very very satisfied with the facilities here and especially the office staff. The young ladies that staff your office go above and beyond whatever they can do to help people, I know they have with me when I first moved in I probably showed up in that office many times and I was thinking that I was even being a little bit of a pest but they assured me that I could come in there any time and they would be happy to take care of any problems or questions that I might have. Keep up the good work girls #93 sure appreciate you.

Do not rent here! We have lived here for 7 months, and we only wish we had known then what we know now. Our base rent is 1399, but every month we write a rent check for over 1700.
