Maintenance man Mike is great. He came after hours and on the weekend to fix a gas leak and repair the unit. He also brought an air filter and was true to his word. Great guy. This property is getting better and better! ☺️👍

Hahaha, yeah. There are LOTS of problems with maintenance and staff. Good luck getting much done correctly, if at all. Prepare for mold, mildew, breaks, siding falling off buildings, trash EVERYWHERE, and more roaches than you thought existed on Earth. And prepare for nothing to be done about it. :/
