3 stars for the unit and location but other factors are preventing it from a 5star rating Positive: My studio is pretty big (610sq ft) and for the rent I’m paying ($1428 exact total), i have a full kitchen, bathroom and walk-in closet and I love it! Con: My apartment is on the 3rd floor and faces the street and restaurants so I hear everything. The windows / walls aren’t sound proof and because of that I hear the trash dumpster trucks and other trucks running their engines every other night from 2am-5am it’s a nuisance and makes it hard for me to sleep through the night even with ear plugs. Con: the building seems to have water issues. Every other month since living here, the water will be turn off for the plumber to fix it. The roof deck need some major TLC. It could look really nice with patio lights, new lounge chairs (the ones they have are super old and dirty) and new patio benches that won’t give you splinters. Maybe even put down some fake green grass tart. Anything to make it nice and worth the rent. Mind you the roof deck has looked the same since I was in college that was 10 years ago ( I had a friend who lived their once that’s how I know). I understand this building is old (historic) but a few upgrades won’t hurt. Con: I wouldn’t move here if you aren’t okay with off site parking. It’s $105 a month and it’s not associated with the muses. I thought I would be cool with it but as a woman, it’s unsafe walking from the 55 Marietta street garage to the building at night. Con: when a resident moves in you would think they would’ve given you a clean trash bin…well in my case I got one that was full of dead knats…I had to clean it out myself. Smh my advice is give new residents clean bins, pleaseee. Germs are real! Other positives: no bug issues in the apartment, maintenance always answer requests, my neighbors are quiet. 24 hr security, The security guards I’ve interacted with have been friendly to me. Valet trash I still want to give this place a chance because the rent is decent but We shall see.

I’ve been looking for a place in Midtown for quite some time and every single time I’ve called or try to contact this place they never answered or never replied, I moved forward i with a different community. But it’s ridiculous how many times I’ve called to inquire about availability and no one has never answered. Good luck with this place because they will not answer
