needed a quick last-minute car to get me by while mine was in the shop. Worked with Joey from the start and he was amazing! Someone else new helped me when I dropped off, and the numbers weren’t adding up when they asked me to sign. Immediately was brought inside so we could confirm and Joey took it from there. Not only was he very responsive and efficient, he also restructured my rental on the spot since I dropped off 2 days early. Awesome customer service, and great price point for the free upgrade that he offered me.

Wow, I rented a Kia Soul from Enterprise Car Rental at 1020 North Anderson Road in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The service was excellent, I felt quite at ease, and they went above and above to satisfy my demands. They were really helpful when I called to swap out my automobile for another. Also, I couldn't recall the name of the man who assisted me in returning the automobile. All I can recall is that he wore brown shoes. When I called the representative, Sari searched the office for a man wearing brown shoes and discovered Branch Manager Kevin. Thank you so much for all of your help and consideration, Kevin.
