Drivers are the best! Getting a replacement recycle can because it has split from the use of the grab arm is not happening. 2 1/2 months of no replacement. Still waiting

I just got off the phone with Alma at republic services Fresno, I have to say she is phenomenal. I called to pay the balance on my account and she explained to me that it was $30 more than what I was expecting to pay. I told her I was not aware of the add amount and wanted to know why it was not disclosed to me the last time I called. She advised me it was from a previous late fee back in June and apologized for not letting me know(it wasn't her I talked to last time). She also helped me get a smaller can, and let me know I would not be receiving it until Sept. 19th. I told that was fine with me, I give Alma 5 Stars but republic gets 4 for not informing of the late fee When I initially called. Keep up the great work Alma.

I am not sure what is going on with this company! They are definitely not the same, I have experienced horrible customer service . I have spoken to a supervisor about ongoing issues and complaints and she assured me she would handle it and call me right back and never heard from her! And now I had to speak to a higher up about another mess up actually two big things they srewed up on and that higher position person gave me attitude! What is going on???? No wonder this company is going down hill! This is really sad! I feel like someone has to take care of these ongoing issues...
