I don't have any experience to speak of here... Because I can't even call them! Their office number immediately goes to an automated message, with no options to talk to a human or schedule an appointment, only a box you can leave messages if you're canceling an appointment, which they explicitly state will not be returned. Simply bizarre.

Went here once and now have received multiple bills for random amounts with no explanation on top of my copay that I paid in the office. The amounts I owe keep going up with each bill I pay as well. I have very good insurance that covers most everything from other doctor's visits, but this place really just seems to be trying to see how much money they can scam out of me for a single outpatient visit. My visit was in early December of 2018 and I'm still getting random new bills for different amounts now almost fall of the following year. No need for explanation from the billing department, either this place doesn't have it's stuff together, or it's just scamming me out of as much money as it can, the latter seems like the most likely since I got the new bill shortly after paying the last one. I just have to fork over more money and hope that the bills stop and I don't have to deal with this crooked office anymore.
