In my experience, visiting the dealership is awful. My experience with McCarthy Olathe Hyundai and salesman Peter Romano was utterly different. Peter provided excellent service from the very first interaction. Peter made navigating the car buying experience easy and stress-free. The dealership is in Olathe, Kansas, and I am in Des Moines, Iowa, making for a unique situation. Peter was patient and understanding; he was quick with his responses and provided answers to all of my questions. Best car buying experience I have ever had. I found a car I was interested in on the lot (Nissan Rogue) and walked into the Hyundai shop, Keith Marks came up and asked if we needed any help. I told him I was interested in a car but it was a Nissan. I asked if it would be an issue or would I need to go to the Nissan shop, he assured me he could absolutely help me. He ran to the next shop over to grab the keys and it was smooth as butter from there! Keith was very personable and by far the best salesman I have ever had!! I highly recommend car buying here! I was helped through the entire process, ever question I had was answered and every concern I had was reassured! I drove away confident and very pleased with this experience! I promise you won’t regret it! 10/10 🌟
