My train arrived to Miami at 1:00 pm. I opted in for a shared ride to my final destination which was 20 mins from the Miami Brightline station based on advertised ride eta’s. My shared van arrived at 1:10 pm. Instead of dropping us off at our destinations first, we drove to pick up a 3rd passenger in Brickell, then somehow ended up back at Miami Brightline station at 1:30pm to drop off the person we just picked up. This added an extra 20 minutes to the shared ride that was not expected. At this point, I should have already arrived at my destination thus making me extremely late for my appointment. Even after the random pick up the driver still needed to drop off the other passenger I arrived with before being able to drop me at my destination. I ended up arriving at my destination at 2:00pm— 30 mins later than when I should have arrived. When I booked my shared ride, I was told I would arrive between 1:15pm-1:30 pm. Had I know it would have taken an extra 30 minutes do to a pickup I would have never booked this ride. I ending up missing my appointment due to this horrible experience. To be clear, My driver Howard was phenomenal and I do not blame him for this experience, I know he was just doing his job. I do however blame Miami Brightline for this terrible and false advertising. As well as, the fact that there were empty vans in the parking lot who could have assisted the Brickell pick up, instead of making the booked ride filled with myself and the other passengers late for our designated drop offs and appointments.

Brightline is amazing and the stations and trains are far and beyond better then expectations. I live in Orlando and am already waiting on the edge of my seat for the chance to ride the new extension. I'll definitely be a life long customer.

Brightline has shown how great rail travel can be when money and effort is put into it. Best of the best service, trains, and value. Whenever I go to Miami I always make sure to see if my plans allow me to take the Brightline, and 90% of the time it does. I don't have to stress about driving down there, no stress about traffic, no stress about parking, no stress if I'm gonna be late. Just get on the train and relax for the hour. What's hit or miss is the station transportation service (Brightline +), particularly the Miami branch. I'm not talking about the traffic, it is Miami afterall, I'm more so talking about how the destination is registered in their system and how it can sometimes result in one not arriving at the proper location. It can be hit or miss depending on what your chosen location is from the station, however their support line has been quite helpful and courteous for the few times I've had to call. They unfortunately don't reschedule transportation services either, something which seems to be unclear between stations (Palm Beach says they do while Miami says they don't). I highly recommend for someone to look into this. At the end of the day aside from that one issue I've been quite pleased with the many trips I've taken using Brightline, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I just hope they fine tune station transportation soon xD.

I think your first ride is free. Miami to West Palm $20 to $35. Try the Select. You will get access to the Select Lounge with snacks, beer and wine. Also, they will give you more snacks during your ride. Take your family for a ride. It's fun!!
Totally
Two stops actually for Metrorail. Overtown and Government Center pretty much are at the Brightline station. Government Center is the official stop though. It has many bus links below as well to links South Beach and other parts of the city.
They send you as a promo
It's only a few blocks away. You can take the free Metromover to college Bayside station or walk
Avis has locations at all Brightline stations. There is a discount code too, look at the Brightline website or Google Brightline and Avis.
The tickets price vary, like flights tickets. Depends of the time of the day
Brightline only connects (for now) Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. To get around downtown Miami you have the Metro Mover which is a free train with several stations, one of them goes directly to the PAMM

You can book at brightline station or online
Phone works well
I think they Pay, but I'm not sure 😕
Taxi. Lyft has a relationship with bright line, Uber. Not sure about public bus. Relatively close so it would be an inexpensive cab or Uber ride. It would be a very long walk and in the heat and humidity extremely uncomfortable.
Yes.

The Brightline line station in Miami is located in downtown next to the Government center buildings and the Metrorail and Metromover stations. It is conveniently accessed by city buses. Hope this info helps.
Go to brightline.com Also download the app for free. Try first class at least once. You will love it
With the train about 20 mins 10 mins to reach the train station government office
Don't bet on it ever making it to Orlando. It's a nice service but losing huge$$.
They say that by 2020 they are already building it
U have special discount when you purchase it at the station
It will be 2021, or 2022. The terminal at Orlando Airport is already built and completed. Brightline is already using it as office space and paying rent on space.
for miami central its now 10 per day.. n free for select riders.. select c0de will be given once tickets are purchased.. but u need to use the pay by phone app
Until the interior of the station is finished, you do need to exit the station, but it's not difficult. You can walk one block to the Knight Center MetroMover station and then take it one stop to Government Center where you can transfer to Metro rail.
Brightline has one stop in Miami, but that stop has easy access to metromover and metro-rail. Also Tri-Rail will be available at Miami Central in the future.
You can also take advantage of special Lyft pricing. The promo code for your ride to the airport is on the Special Offers page on gobrightline.com
The prices just increased. The best way to check it is on their website.
Trains top speed between WPB and Miami.. 79 mph. To Orlando 110 mph (future)
