It was a very clean, well organized showroom. We were less impressed with their prices. The quality didn't match the price tags in our opinion. Not for mass manufactured pieces. Many without basic hardware like drawer slides. Now, there were some great quality pieces mixed in, just not what we were looking for, and well more than we're willing to pay.

Was here today on my lunch break looking for a lift chair for my Father. The lady helping me was amazing, she knew I was in a rush and took great care of me along with everyone else working there, from the greeter to the customer service desk. I love this store and will continue to go back time after time. 5 Star rating all the way.

There was a huge selection of furniture in a very spacious room so we never had to worry about getting in the way of others! We didn’t find any office chairs like we were looking for, but we enjoyed walking around and the employees were very kind and welcoming. We even got a free cookie and custard! I also appreciated that there were multiple restrooms on opposite ends of the store.

They delivered a bed frame without the bed I ordered and my daughters bed and frame then took my bed leaving me with nothing causing me to drive up to the store to pick up everything else that was supposed to be delivered that day. Damaged products is very common as well, upon receiving the bed frame the foot board had damage and both nightstands had cracks in the middle of them and good luck getting to the service department. Will never buy from here again… sadly Service number-52005420
