Be careful watch these guys when they weigh your live rock they overcharged me $40 dollars on the weight claiming the bucket only weighted so much with the water once I checked the weight of the water of 5 gallons and what I was charged something seemed off don’t let them assume make sure they weight and tare out the boxes and stuff $40 adds up in this hobby

Purchased 6 neon tetras and a few plants. When arriving home a little over an hour later 3 of the 6 tetras were dead. My hunch is that they were already sluggish and easy for the busy employee who helped me to capture. But it happens.. not usually that many but it does happen. I immediately called to let the store know and they are unable to help me unless I make the hour drive back to produce the bodies in person. Hopefully they have better customer service for others. Very disappointing.

Great experience there today. Bailey was awesome! Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We bought a few African Cichlids. Love their selection and sizes available. 5☆ all the way. Will definitely be back soon for more.

Overpriced compared to other stores in the DFW area. Many smaller items are 30% over normal retail price, but the more expensive stuff is priced correctly. The corals are also not always the healthiest, and are often priced pretty high. The staff are friendly and helpful. A good place to go to, just make sure to check the price online before you buy items here.

We saw mantis shrimp there in our last visit a few weeks ago.
They can usually order it for you. I would call the store directly and get the ordering managers info
We do 1/3 of retail price for trade in fish if we need it. Call the store before you come in.
I have seen nothing in the store that indicates they finance.
I was able to travel from Dallas to little rock AR with 5 shrimp all made it back and are doing very well

They actually a variety of fresh water and salt water fish and accessories including aquariums. Big store....prepare to spend about 20min just enjoying the displays.
