Lou’s has Great customer service and the go-to golf shop in dfw. Kevin is a good dude.

Had great experiences before today. Took my daughter in to get her a new set. There was already a customer speaking with (Ken?) but they appeared to know each other and the other customer was there first. Then the phone rang. About 8 times. He finally picked it up and said he couldn’t find the phone. First customer leaves and we wait for the end of the phone call. Another customer comes in and is immediately greeted upon conclusion of the phone call. They start talking about the next customers clubs are too much. We walked out and went elsewhere. Sadly, I don’t plan on ever going back.

I went here to get my full set re-gripped. I was about about to pull the trigger on some Winn grips, when I overheard the employees laughing about “Not excepting PICKLE KISSERS and LIBERALS in this store.” Overheard is a understatement, they were yelling it across the store. Very disappointing experience.
